In Hong Kong (where I grew up), going to Chinese tea house to eat “Dim Sum” aka “Yum Cha” was definitely one of my favourite part of our local food culture. The craftsmanship , preparation and hard work behind Cantonese cuisine are extremely impressive and admirable.
The all time classic “Siu Mai”* is always what I crave for when I am a little homesick.
